How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain the shine of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, preferably in the pouch provided with your purchase.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Anma Jewellery items come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
